What to Expect
During the session, you’ll learn the basics of EFT tapping—what it is, how and why it works, and how to begin using it in your daily life. You'll also get to experience tapping for yourself in a supportive, welcoming space, helping you begin to release stress, emotional blocks, and overwhelm and leaving you with a self-help tool that you can begin using right away..
To help create a safe and supportive space, I ask that all participants keep their camera on during the session. The group sessions are run in small, intimate groups where feeling connected and seen is part of the healing process.
Many people are surprised by how simple and powerful tapping can feel. Whether you’re exploring EFT for yourself or just curious to learn more about this amazing technique, this is perfect place to begin.
How to Book
Sessions run every other month from 8:00–9:30pm UK London time (see upcoming dates below).
Cost: £30 per person— a link will be sent the day before the group once payment is received.
