What the Research is Showing
There is an ever-growing body of evidence-based EFT Tapping research published in peer-reviewed journals including thousands of case histories, 100+ clinical trials, 50+ randomised controlled trials, meta-analysis and review articles demonstrating EFT’s efficacy for for a wide range of conditions demonstrating unusually rapid results. The benefits of EFT tapping have also been shown to be positive and lasting; outcomes being replicated and comparable; comparing favourably to CBT showing similar results in fewer sessions; and with strong effects for anxiety, traumatic memories such as PTSD and depression.
