Privacy Policy Summary
When you contact me or work with me, I need to collect some personal information—like your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address and GP details.
I also keep notes on things you choose to share in sessions.
I do this so I can provide you with a safe, professional service and stay in touch with you about appointments, payments, or important updates.
I keep your information secure, only for as long as needed (for example, I usually keep session notes for 7 years, in line with professional guidelines), and I never share your information without your permission—unless there’s a legal or safeguarding reason.
You have rights under data protection law to see, correct, or ask for deletion of your personal information where appropriate.
If you have any questions about how your information is handled, you can always ask me.
For full details, you can read the full Privacy Notice below.
